Tulane is required by immigration law to provide a reasonable estimate of all expenses--including tuition, fees, books, supplies, maintenance (lodging and food), health insurance, taxes, and miscellaneous expenditures (clothing, local travel, recreation, toiletries, telephone, etc.)--and review the estimate each year.
