OISS Winter Recess Announcement

OISS will be closed for Winter Recess from Monday, December 23 to Wednesday, January 1. We will reopen on Thursday, January 2. During this time, we will not process any document requests or respond to emails. 

If you have an emergency during Winter Recess, please reach out to TUPD at (504) 865-5911. 

OISS will remain open until Friday, December 20. You can view our hours here.

Document Requests


Visit our Document Request page for current students. You will be able to request travel signatures, a new I-20 or DS-2019, social security letter, or a full-time student letter there.
