TU & You is an ongoing orientation series introducing international students to important ideas and concepts to prepare them for success at Tulane. The program will also connect students to various departments on campus that can help them succeed in their academic and personal life here. Throughout the program, students will become familiar with best practices for navigating New Orleans, managing their mental health, and more.
This series is hosted by the Office of International Students and Scholars and the NTC Center for Global Education.

Academics at Tulane with The Academic Learning and Tutoring Center and Goldman Center for Student Accessibility

Academic success is at the core of being a student at Tulane. Join us for our first event of the Fall 2024 semester, where we will meet two offices that can support you on your academic journey at Tulane! You will have a chance to meet with staff members of the Academic Learning and Tutoring Center and the Goldman Center for Student Accessibility to discuss resources, services, and more. Dinner will be provided.
Health and Safety at Tulane with The Office of Emergency Preparedness and Response and Campus Health

Understanding health and safety resources that are available to you at Tulane will help support your personal wellbeing and help you make informed decisions in case of emergencies. For our second event of the Fall 2024 semester, we will meet two offices that provide valuable resources and services to promote your health and safety. You will have a chance to meet with staff members of The Office of Emergency Preparedness and Response, who will discuss safety resources and how to be prepared for emergencies, and Campus Health, who will discuss their services and T-SHIP insurance. Dinner will be provided.
Support at Tulane with Wave of Support and Case Management and Victim Support Services (CMVSS)

You are not alone at Tulane, and there are many offices on campus that can support you while you are here. Join us for our last event of the Fall 2024 semester where we will meet two offices that can provide support services if you are in crisis. Wave of Support is a campus-wide, collaborative program that supports students’ mental and emotional health at Tulane University, and aims to bring together the programs and services of the many existing student support offices on campus. CMVSS is a single resource for any Tulane students in need of support. No matter how difficult or unique your situation and no matter where you are - they are here to help! Dinner will be provided.
