Biden Administration Immigration Updates
The Biden administration has already begun work to enact immigration changes via executive orders. Below is a change that we would like to bring to your attention:
The Biden administration issued a proclamation on January 20 that revokes Travel Bans 4.0 and 3.0, also known as the "Muslim and African Travel Bans." More information here
Additionally, we would also like to remind you that even though there is a new administration in place, it does not change the fact that you must continue to abide by the federal immigration regulations specific to your status.
