OISS will be closed on Monday, February 16, and Tuesday, February 17. During this time, we will not be processing document requests or answering emails. If you have an emergency during our closure, please contact TUPD at (504) 865-5911. We will reopen on Wednesday, February 18. 

Shuttle ID for Dependents

International students and scholars may request a shuttle ID card for their spouse so that they may ride the shuttle without the student/scholar.

The university is unable to proved shuttle ID cards for minor children to ride the student without a parent. Minor children are able to ride the shuttle if they are accompanied by at least one parent with a shuttle ID.

The Tulane student or scholar should accompany the spouse/partner to:

  • 1440 Canal Street, Room 802
  • Hours: 9:00 AM- 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM- 4:30 PM

Please bring the following documents:

  • The Principal should bring: Splash Card
  • The Dependent should bring: Passport
