OISS Building Closure 

Due to the New Orleans Book Festival at Tulane University on Thursday, March 27 through Saturday, March 29, OISS will adjust our building operations to accomodate higher traffic in the Uptown area. Our office will close early on Thursday, March 27 at 4:30 PM and our building will be physically closed all of Friday, March 28. We will reopen for normal building operations on Monday, March 31. If you have an in-person appointment, please connect with your OISS advisor to discuss switching to virtual.

Shuttle ID for Dependents

International students and scholars may request a shuttle ID card for their spouse so that they may ride the shuttle without the student/scholar.

The university is unable to proved shuttle ID cards for minor children to ride the student without a parent. Minor children are able to ride the shuttle if they are accompanied by at least one parent with a shuttle ID.

The Tulane student or scholar should accompany the spouse/partner to:

  • 1440 Canal Street, Room 802
  • Hours: 9:00 AM- 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM- 4:30 PM

Please bring the following documents:

  • The Principal should bring: Splash Card
  • The Dependent should bring: Passport
